Q: What are the costs if I am staying on my own?
A: A single supplement may apply - the costs will be shown when checking availability online.
 
Q: Can Hand Picked Hotels supply a cot, crib or extra bed for my room?
A: Yes, this will be subject to availability.  Please request from the hotel at the time of booking. There is a charge for extra beds please enquire at time of booking.
 
Q: How can I be kept up to date with all the Hand Picked Offers?
A: Click on “Email Newsletter” on the left of your screen on all pages, you will be sent regular e-broadcasts which highlight all the best offers, competitions & news from the group.  Simply fill out your email address and details in the form when prompted.
 
Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
A: All bookings need to be cancelled via the channel they were made. Please call the hotel directly or Central Reservations if made with them.
 
Online bookings need to be cancelled online, this can be done via our website homepage - Simply choose the hotel you are cancelling in Book Online screen, amend booking and search for your booking using your confirmation number or email address.
If you booked your reservation via a third party website or agent please contact them directly.
 
Q: Is room service available?
A: Yes, Room Service is available in all of our hotels.  A room service delivery charge will apply.  The charge will also apply if you decide to have Breakfast in your room.
 
Q: What is on offer at the Hand Picked Spas?
A: As a guest at the hotel, you can use all the facilities each club has to offer. There are 4 spas across the Hand Picked group, each with a wide range of well kept facilities.
You can typically find the following services open to you;
• Swimming pool
• Gym with cardio-vascular and weight training equipment
• A sauna and a steam room
• Personal Training
 
In addition some clubs also offer hairdressers, tennis courts, squash courts, aerobics and yoga studios. All our instructors are fully qualified and can provide you with advice and tuition. So if you’re following a strict regime, there’s no need to lose a day’s training just because you’r e away from home.

Q: How can I organise a late check-out?
A: If you need to extend your check-out time, please speak to Reception who will let you know if this is possible and if any additional charges are applicable.

Q: What are the disabled facilities in the hotels?
A: We endeavour to provide disabled facilities at all our properties. Most hotels have bedrooms for wheelchair users. Please enquire directly for your individual requirements.
 
Q: What are the check-in/out times?
A: Check-in time at the properties is 3pm (L'Horizon 2pm) and check-out is 11am.  If you require a late check out please enquire with the hotel directly.
 
Q: How can I make a restaurant reservation?
A: You can reserve your table on making your reservation online, contact the Hotel restaurant before your stay or alternatively make your reservation at reception on arrival.
 
Q: What are the car parking costs?
A: Car parking is available and complimentary when you arrive at all Hand Picked hotels.

Q: Can I book special, discounted corporate, or group rates online?
A: This is not possible online, please contact the hotel or Conference and Events Manager direct.

Q: What are The Club Member benefits?
A: The Club is our way of rewarding regular guests and ensuring you always enjoy the very best possible service. Membership is completely free, and you can join right away, simply by completing our form. Click on the Apply Now link on the left. You can then redeem points for luxury gifts including dinner or overnight breaks at a Hand Picked Hotel, Fortnum and Mason luxury hampers, a case of wine or Champagne and luxury gifts from Espa and Links of London. Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Unfortunately, with the exception of assistance dogs, we cannot allow pets at Hand Picked Hotels.
