Whether a fine restaurant connoisseur, a pub food fanatic, a vegetarian, or not in the least bit fussy, the fine dining at Brandshatch Place will satisfy the most diverse of appetites.

Choose from either the main restaurant for a special meal or if you fancy something simpler, the lounge and bar menu or Atrium Café Sports Bar offer alternative options, equally as fulfilling.

If you fancy eating out, ask for one of our comfort picnic hampers to enjoy either on the grounds of the hotel or to take away. If you fancy making it extra special, ask for one of our luxury champagne hampers. 

Our signature afternoon teas are not to be missed with mouth-watering cakes and scones baked to perfection on the premises.

For the more private among you, either enjoy all your meals in the privacy of your bedroom, or make use of one of our stunning private dining rooms for your exclusive use.

We are more than happy to welcome children both into our hotel and all our restaurants and hope they enjoy the variety of dining as much as their parents. We are happy to provide half portions of any of the existing menus or alternatively adapt our menus to suit the children where possible. High chairs are available.

Our team endeavour to source all their produce and supplies from their home county of Kent in order to give back to their local community. They work closely with the organisation “ Produced in Kent” to help produce the finest dishes whilst helping local business at the same time.

The atmosphere of the restaurant complements the style of food within it. It is contemporary, modern and unfussy with a very relaxed air. With its candlelit tables it exudes a sense of tranquillity ensuring to relax even the most hectic of guests.

The Lounge, Bar and Atrium Café Bar

For the less formal dining experience, the lounge at Brandshatch Place with its leather sofas, neutral colours and rich dark wood furniture offer lunch and dinner menus equally as enticing as the restaurant yet within an even more relaxed environment. 

Here we also offer our unmissable trademark afternoon teas, either with or without champagne – Some may say extravagant, but we say well worth treating yourself. You know you want to.

Afternoon tea is served between 3pm and 5pm everyday. Please book in advance as all our cakes, pastries and scones are baked fresh in our kitchen therefore we wouldn’t want you to miss out.

Feel free to stay all afternoon, people watch, and relax long after the cakes are gone.

The Atrium Café Bar linked to the leisure facilities provides the option for a healthier, lighter bite if you’re feeling like behaving yourself and also offer a children’s baby ball pool and kids playroom to not only keep the children amused but allow you some treasured kid free time. Weather permitting; why not chill out in the fresh air with our Al Fresco dining. Enjoy a chilled glass of wine with a light bite and views of English greenery. If you prefer to wander the grounds or the surrounding area, we can also offer you a basic or luxury picnic hamper to take away.

The Bar

Complementing the restaurant and lounge in its simple, contemporary style, the bar offers the opportunity to sink into large leather sofas with a cool beer or cocktail made up by our friendly bar team either pre or post dinner or of course during the day if you so wish.
