The Dining Room
“The Dining Room” at Buxted Park is a stylish contemporary restaurant. It offers diners a very
private intimate feel, whilst still retaining a wonderful atmosphere. The warm grape tones,
contrasted with beautiful dark woods and clever use of high backed curved seating and banquette
couches, has created a dining room, where one can almost be “in cognito” while still taking in the
wonderful ambience, enjoying exemplary cuisine and service. Perfect for couples or small dining
parties.
There are menus ranging from The Buxted Menu at £30.00 per person, The Sussex Menu
at £40.00 per person and The Degustation menu at £50.00 per person including a dedicated
vegetarian menu, available for lunch and dinner every day, with the exception of Sunday Lunch.
For lunch time Monday to Saturday there is also a menu du jour available from as little as £12.95
for two course.
Every Sunday, Buxted Park holds its famous Pudding Society Luncheons. This is a traditional
three course roast Sunday Lunch, followed by an all you can eat pudding buffet, served with
lashings of custard and cream. A must for aficionados and fans of the great British
Pudding.

Crystal
Bar
This is a beautifully stylish room, where magnificent period features, have been seamlessly
married with modern style. At the centre of the room is a spectacular two metre diameter 18
th century lead crystal chandelier. Relax in soft leather chairs and enjoy your
favourite tipple from the amply stocked Buxted Park cellar. The whisky cabinet is a wonderful
opportunity to explore not only the geography of the single malt, but also the history, over the
past 80 years. There is also a wonderful Cognac and Armagnac selection from the incomparable Louis
XIIV to some of the rarest bas Armagnacs.
