Buxted Park has unrivalled team building opportunities. Set at the heart of our own private 312 estate, the grounds are mapped for orienteering. There are 100 acres of woodland, perfect for outbound activities. The 3.5 acre lakes and the river Uck, which runs through the grounds, offer excellent fishing as well as team activities, from rafting to bridge building.

Traditional country pursuits are also available including, clay pigeon shooting, falconry and archery. For those wanting to attend local shoots, we have a gun safe. The hotel has mountain bikes to help explore the estate and will be delighted to arrange a quad bike safari for the more adventurous. There is plenty of space for motorised team building activities, including hovercraft racing, grass carts and quad biking.

We are also delighted to offer themed events for you and your party, from the simplest to the most extravagant. The Buxted Park carnival, complete with dodgem cars and big wheel is wonderful for a corporate family day, or what about your own private panto. For something more sophisticated relive Buxted’s association with the silver screen, and enjoy a spectacular Black & White Ball, complete with lookalikes, swing band and movies of yesteryear.

We will also tailor our service to meet the requirements of your event. You can enjoy a picnic or barbeque if you want to spend the day outside, or have a menu tailored to your precise event.
