Organising your wedding can be a daunting task. We will be only too pleased to assist you with any aspect of your wedding day, from seating plans & menus, to recommending photographers & florists.

 

With many years of experience behind us, we are able to offer you a highly professional service, which will help you to explore all possible options from a small, intimate reception, to larger celebrations with arrival by helicopter, fireworks and a professional toastmaster. We can combine our considerable knowledge with the flexibility of the hotel, to ensure that we give you not only a day to remember, but one which you feel is really yours (we firmly believe there is no set formula). During the weeks prior to your wedding we will always be on hand to offer guidance and reassurance. On the day of your wedding, a senior member of staff will personally co-ordinate the day’s events, so that you are able to relax and enjoy your wedding day. We are confident we can assist you to plan and arrange “a truly unforgettable day”.

 

To keep your planning simple we have created three proposals. These are by no means exhaustive and if you prefer we can tailor make a proposal to match your exact requirements. For ease we have also created a choice of dishes from which to choose your menu.

Children under the age of 5 are catered for free of charge & Children aged 5-14 are charged at half the adult package price.

 

 

 

Evening Reception Room Hire

 

If catering for a minimum of 75% of evening guests the room hire is waived

Please note that the Gibson Room is not suitable for Amplified Music or Dancing

Bands of up to a maximum of 3 members and discos are permitted in the Fielden Suite Only
