Following your Padabhyanga (personalised foot ritual) this treatment continues with a
purifying full body exfoliation, including skin brushing to aid circulation and improve skin
texture. After this enjoy a balancing Hot Stone massage, either focused on the entire body or
concentrated on the back, face and scalp. Hot Stone therapy has a grounded effect on the mind and
body and will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and restored. Then conclude with a lifting and
firming facial.

A day of treatments to completely pamper your from from top to toe. Your day begins with a
full body scrub enriched with essential oils to soften and prepare the skin. This is followed by a

Your day begins with a holistic foot and leg treatment which includes gentle exfoliation and
pressure point massage. Hot Stone massage techniques are incorporated to enhance the relaxation of

area. The back is cleansed, bodybrushed and exfoliated, then treated to a luxurious aromatherapy
massage. Finally an aromatherapy facial, specially formulated for the male complexion, helps

A day to indulge your mind, body and senses. Your day begins with a facial specifically
prescribed to suit your skin's condition and needs and includes a deeply relaxing, therapeutic
cleanse and massage for the back and shoulders. This is followed by a treatment manicure to analyse
and treat your nails for their specific nail type, cuticles are cared for and nails shaped and
treated with base coats and colour for the perfect finish. Finally, a foot and leg treatment using
aromatherapy based products leaves you with softer legs and feet and perfectly pedicured, polished
toenails.

Time for Two
This package is suitable for mothers and daughters, partners or friends, and takes place in
our double treatment room. Your total body experience begins with a full body scrub enriched with

treatments will conclude with a full body massage using a blend of essential oils chosen to meet
