The Llywelyn Suite
The Llywelyn Suite with Private Bar is our largest room and can accommodate up to 100 guests. The room would be used for your Civil Ceremony followed by your Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception. Evening Receptions are available in the Llywelyn Suite for up to 120 guests. A minimum of 60 guests is also required on a Saturday between April & September.

Owain Glyndwr Suite
Owain Glyndwr Suite can accommodate up to 30 for the ceremony. It can also hold up to 25 for the more intimate wedding breakfast.

The Lounge
The lounge with wooden beams and roaring log fire, can accommodate up to 40 for the wedding ceremony.

Due to demand we are unable to accommodate an evening function without a Wedding Breakfast .

2008/2009 Ceremony Room Hire (not including the Registrar’s fee)

It is the couple’s own responsibility to apply to the Registrar to book their Civil Ceremony. They must be booked with Caernarfon Registrar on 01286 682661.  Should you alter your plans, you must contact the Registry Office direct.  Due to current legislation, it is not possible to perform Wedding Ceremonies outdoors.
