When it comes to choosing wine to accompany your meals, you can make your selection from a
wine list that has been built up over the years and is always evolving. The most fun about wine is
that our list is never complete, the task never ends. Our cellar contains many of the great,
familiar names from the old and the new world and is stocked with an impressive selection of
little-known, but superb wines from small vineyards around the globe.
And at the end of your meal you can retire to The Drawing Room and enjoy a fine cognac. We
also have a selection of cigars should you wish to accompany your Cognac or chosen digestif.
