guests or more except Bank Holiday Weekends (excluding the Oak Room)

Prince of Wales Suite

Our largest suite, with doors opening out onto a beautiful patio and landscaped gardens, is able to cater for between 90-150 guests for your wedding breakfast and has the capacity to accommodate up to 200 guests for your evening reception. This room has its own private bar – the Lancaster suite.

Cornwall Suite

Also overlooking our private gardens this room is ideal for afternoon and early evening receptions for between 55-70 guests with perhaps a small band playing throughout your meal. Alternatively, if you wish to hold an evening reception, this room is able to accommodate between 50-60 guests for your wedding breakfast with the dance floor and band/disco already set up. We can then cater for an additional 30 guests in the evening, making a maximum of 90.

The Oak Room

This beautiful dining room, furnished with original oak panelling, stained glass windows and a magnificent fireplace is perfect for lunchtime and afternoon receptions for between 30-40 guests.

Drawing Room

Overlooking the gardens at the side of the hotel, this light, half panelled decorative room with original styled fireplace is suitable for receptions between 25-40 guests, either for an afternoon reception or for a celebration dinner with gentle background music to enhance the romantic ambience.

Sitting Room

Ideal for smaller intimate receptions, for between 20-30 guests who wish to dine in style with a backdrop of splendid mature trees and shrubs.

Sole occupancy of the Prince of Wales and Cornwall suite can be arranged at an additional charge of £3000.00.

Evening Receptions held in the Prince of Wales Suite can be arranged at an additional charge of £1500.00.

Evening Receptions held in the Cornwall Suite can be arranged at an additional charge of £1000.00.
