The Club is our way of rewarding regular guests and ensuring you always enjoy the very best possible service.
Membership of The Club is completely free, you simply have to complete the online application form.
When you apply, you’re entitled to preferential treatment at all of our hotels as well as a host of benefits. You’ll also be given 15 points to start you off, and if you accumulate 400 points within a 12-month period you will be upgraded to Gold Membership, which offers even more services and privileges.
You can then redeem points for luxury gifts including dinner or overnight breaks at a Hand Picked Hotel, Fortnum and Mason luxury hampers, a case of wine or Champagne and luxury gifts from Espa and Links of London.
Depending on your membership, you will earn your points at the following rates:

The Club points soon add up and we’ll send you regular updates so that you know exactly how many you have and can start planning how to spend them.
You won’t have to wait long, gifts start at just 70 points and you can enjoy a candle-lit dinner for two for just 120 points.
When you register, we’ll send you a membership card and a gift brochure with full details of the points system and everything you can enjoy.
