• The house party promotion consists of three exclusive use house party prizes, at a prize value of c.£12,000 each
• The house party prizes can be redeemed at certain properties, as defined by Hand Picked Hotels.
• Prize redemption is subject to availability of dates as defined by Hand Picked Hotels
• House party prizes will be drawn in June, July and September and the winner will be notified within two weeks of each draw
• Each house party prize consists of an exclusive use event, comprising of champagne reception, gourmet meal, half a bottle of wine per person, accommodation and breakfast. Accommodation consists of 30 bedrooms (maximum capacity of 60 people)
• Applies to new bookings only that are made between now and 8th September 2008
• Bookings must take place between 1st May and 8th September 2008.
• Every £1,000 worth of new business equals one entry into the draw; for example £10,000 of business equals ten entries.
• Bookings can be made direct to the hotel or via our central reservations conference department on 0845 458 0902.
• To enter the draw, booking details must be submitted to houseparty@handpicked.co.uk or by calling 0845 458 0902 and consist of contact details, date of event, hotel and booking value.
• By accepting the prize, the winner of the house party agrees for their name and photograph (if applicable) being used for publicity purposes.
• An additional fortnightly prize, consisting of an overnight DBB stay will also be drawn, with every entry submitted during the previous fortnight going into this draw. The redemption of this fortnightly prize is subject to availability and to be taken by the end of 2008. Winners will be informed by telephone and added to a winners list on the Hand Picked website.
• The winners of the main prize and the fortnightly prizes agree to pay for any extra expenses not included in the prizes eg beverages.
The prizes are as stated. There is no cash alternative.
