Is there car parking?
Yes, there is car parking and it is free of charge.
Where is the health club located?
The health club is adjacent to the main hotel in the old walled garden.
What should I wear for my induction?
Members are encouraged to wear comfortable gym clothes for their induction.
What should I wear for classes?
You should wear comfortable loose clothing with soft rubber soled training shoes. Black soled shoes are not permitted in the studio.

What are the opening times?
Monday - Thursday 6:30am-10pm | Friday 6:30am-9pm | Saturday & Sunday 8am-8pm. Last entry an hour before close.

Can I get food and drink?
We have a Café bar open from 10am – 6pm where food and beverage are served from 11am - 2.30pm.

Can I use the facilities if I am not a member?
No, the facilities are available for member or hotel guests only at this time.
What is the size of the swimming pool?
18m x 7m and 1.2m in depth
Are children allowed in the pool?
Children are only allowed in the pool at children swim times. Monday – Sunday 9am – 11am and 3pm – 7pm.
1 adult must accompany every 2 children under 8 in the swimming pool. Children under 18 (but 8 year and over) must be accompanied by an adult in the pool hall.
Are children allowed in the club?
Only adults over 18 years of age may use the club unless they are there during children swim times.
Do you have disabled access?
Yes, there is disabled access.
Can you help me with nutrition?
Yes, our personal trainer can advise on nutrition.
Can hen parties use the facilities of the club?
Yes we have special packages available. Please speak to a member of the team for more information.
Do you have changing facilities?
Yes, the club has male and female changing rooms. There is a disabled toilet located after the changing rooms however there is not a shower within.
I have forgotten my kit – what should I do?
We sell swimwear, goggles and other accessories.
